BCOMPT

BCOMPT

The BCompt degree is mainly for candidates who wish to qualify as Chartered Accountants.The objective of this qualification (BCOMPT) is to qualify students to embark on the ZCTA programme. The entry requirements for the programme is that eligible students should have at least 2 A’Levels and should have attained a grade A in Maths and grade A or B in English at O Level. (Students who do not have an A in Maths but have done A level Maths and passed will also gain direct entry).

The Zimbabwe Certificate in Theory of Accounting programme is offered and run by ICAZ in conjunction with the University of South Africa (Unisa). The objective of the curriculum for this qualification is to academically qualify students to write ITC.



ITC

ITC

The Initial Test of Competence (ITC) examination is offered and run by ICAZ in conjunction with SAICA. The objective of this programme is to qualify ITC students to qualify for the APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) examination. The ITC qualifications entry requirement is a ZCTA qualification which is not more than five years old.



APC

APC

Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) examination is offered and run by ICAZ in conjunction with SAICA. The objective of this examination is to enable students to be eligible (CA)Z.
