ICAZ-LTS New User Training
Overall objectives:
LTS to provide training to all ICAZ members subscribed to LTS regarding:-
- How to work on the online assessment platform.
- How to initiate and finalise ICAZ related documents (Skill Reviews and ANAs).
- How to manage your ICAZ program in monitoring progress and
tracking performance (per trainee and holistically for the ICAZ
Training Office).
Intended audience
The training session is divided into three sessions focused on a
specific function on LTS and the related users. Refer to each
session’s detail to determine who should attend the different sessions.
We recommend that the individual(s) at the training offices
responsible to provide overall support for the ICAZ program, or
responsible to transfer LTS knowledge to new users, should attend all
three sessions (this is the typical role of a Training Officer or where
relevant the HR Administrator or Training Officer Assistant).
